Terms and Shipping

Parcels are sent first class using the Royal Mail "UK Signed For" service.

I aim to send them within 5 working days.

There may be a delay if I am waiting for more stock of the giclee reproductions to arrive, but I will keep you informed.

All collagraphs and other artworks are in stock.

I CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP TO UK ADDRESSES.

If you live outside the UK and would like to purchase, please contact me to discuss options. 

RETURNS:

All sales are final but if for any reason you are not happy with your print, then please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your order. 

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you require some help with colour matching before making a purchase.

DATA PROTECTION:

Any information I request from you is required to ensure I send the package to the right place, and that I can get in touch with you if there's an issue with your order. 

Your address is not stored anywhere other than in this shop, as part of your order details. I do not share customer details with any other organisation.
